About Us

Average Youth Association is a Lithuanian youth organization created by young people who believe that learning, traveling, and connecting with others can change how we see the world.

We work with local and international projects that bring together young people to explore social topics, challenge assumptions, and build skills for active citizenship. Through our exchanges, workshops, and initiatives, we create spaces where participants can learn from experience, from each other, and from the communities around them.

Our projects cover themes like sustainability, social justice, equality, democracy, and youth empowerment. Whether we’re discussing global issues, organizing a debate, or simply sharing ideas over a campfire, we aim to make learning meaningful (and fun!).

We might call ourselves Average, but what we do together is anything but.
