How can youth workers better support young people’s mental health and resilience? Join Youth Workers’ Lab for Mental Well-being, an Erasmus+ training course that will bring together youth workers from different European countries to explore innovative, practical and culturally sensitive approaches to promoting mental health in youth work.
This project is a direct response to the growing need for mental-health awareness and support skills among youth workers. It aims to empower participants with the knowledge, tools and confidence to foster well-being and resilience in their communities.
Who can apply:
Youth workers, educators or active volunteers working regularly with young people.
Citizens or residents of Lithuania.
Both experienced and less experienced youth workers are welcome.
With good English communication skills.
Aged 18 or older.
Costs: Accommodation, meals and materials are fully covered by the Erasmus+ Programme.
Travel reimbursement: up to 309 euros.
